Refund policy

Our apologies but we do not accept returns on seeds as they are a perishable and storage sensitive product. All sales are final for this reason, as well.

However, our customers satisfaction is of the greatest importance to us, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email for fast and reasonable resolution where possible.

Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for entering your shipping address correctly on our website and indicating any delivery restrictions prior to your order being fulfilled. If an order of any size is returned to us as undeliverable, we can only resend it with an additional shipping fee. If the order was large enough to attain free shipping, you may be responsible for that previous amount as well.

Please double check your automatic payment services to ensure they are updated to the most current information.

Fully Free Giveaway Rules:

Every 100th order ending in 78 will be given away again in 2026 with a few new caveats. Qualifying orders are initially paid for as any other order, but are then fulfilled, and shipped. Upon shipping the order, a full refund is issued, emails are sent to congratulate and thank the winning customer for their order. We will announce each winner on our header, in our pop-up, and across socials using first name and last initial only. To ensure fair play, there will be no “fishing” for the winning number by placing multiple orders to game the system. Any customer placing multiple orders to gain the winning number will automatically forfeit their rights to all freebies in the future, and potentially have their order cancelled with the next customer closest to the winning number being declared winner. Each winning recipient is eligible to play again after a period of 30 days from their initial win, with a maximum of 2 wins possible per year
